This legal stuff forms the agreement between realrealestate.com.au and any user of the site. By your continued use of the site you acknowledge your agreement to accept and adhere to these conditions and any amendments.

• You, as the user (for the purpose of this disclaimer, ‘the user’, ‘you’, ‘your’) of this internet site, realrealestate.com.au (‘the site’) do so at your sole risk.
• realrealestate.com.au (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) and related entities & individuals whom produce and maintain the site, do so in good faith that material submitted to us from various sources for publication is accurate.
• However no warranty is made as to any representations, omissions or errors and we disclaim ourselves from responsibility for any inaccuracies that might be found in the site.
• The user of the site is bound by the conditions herein and any queries regarding these conditions or any questionable site content may be directed to support@realrealestate.com.au .
• We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your reliance upon information contained in the site. Advertising on this site should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional advice.

2) Privacy Policy;

• Your personal information is only collected on the site when knowingly and voluntarily submitted. This information is only used for the purpose for which it is submitted and within the limits set down in this Privacy Policy.
• You are aware that your personal information submitted to the site may be forwarded to real estate agents whose privacy obligations may differ from ours.
• We supply links to some of our user’s own web sites. These sites are outside our control and we accept no responsibility for the content of such third party sites or your actions or decisions in regard to them. What you do once you leave realrealestate.com.au you do entirely at your own risk.
• Your information is stored in archives for the purposes of our own back up and record keeping. However, we may from time to time run promotions, competitions or introduce new products or services of which you may receive notification.
• We take all reasonable steps to protect your information within our own system. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed totally secure.
• Our employees and contractors are bound to protect your confidentiality, however, we will not be held responsible for any events arising from the unauthorized use of your personal information.
• Your personal information may be disclosed in special circumstances where our rights or property may be threatened or information is required by some legal process or governmental request.

3) Conditions of Use;

• All content on realrealestate.com.au is protected by copyright. Material on the site may be reproduced for private use only. For any purpose beyond this, permission to reproduce the material must be sought directly from us.
• As a condition of use of the site, you warrant that you will use the site for the intended purposes only and according to these Conditions of Use. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use the site to publish any material that misleading or deceptive, is obscene, defamatory or deemed by us to be offensive in any way.
• We have no obligation to monitor material submitted to the site, however we reserve the right to monitor any user of the site at anytime. At our discretion we may delete any material which doesn’t comply with these Conditions of Use.
• The site is intended for real estate advertising from real estate agents, private sellers and ancillary service providers. No other chattels such as cars or caravans are to be advertised unless in conjunction with the sale of some real property.
• Subscription services are available to real estate agents, property traders and developers who are acting in accordance with their relevant state/territory legislation.
• Subscription users undertake to maintain their listings, keeping site content current. Sold properties should be marked as such or removed from the site within 5 days of a contract of sale being entered.
• Subscription payments are available by EFT or direct debit services only. Cheques may be acceptable in the case of annual subscription payments.
• As a subscription user, you are obliged to ensure that no other person utilizes your subscription to the site. You may not re-sell the site or its contents to anyone else and you will not make any promotional references to the site without our express permission.
• We may terminate this agreement at anytime provided you are given 7 days written notice. We may suspend or temporarily remove a subscriber if; fees are unpaid, you die, your business enters into receivership, bankruptcy or liquidation or you breach any part of this agreement and refuse to rectify the breach.
• We will not be liable for any losses occurred as a result of your breach of this agreement and you indemnify realrealestate.com.au from any costs, losses or action that may be taken by a third party in connection to material you have published on the site.
• This forms the only agreement between realrealestate.com.au and any user of the site. We reserve the right to make amendments to these conditions at anytime and the user is required to comply with these amendments.
